Go Human Accepting Applications through August 31

Are you in a city in Southern California that is interested in hosting a Go Human project or event to encourage walking and biking? Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is now accepting applications for new planning and non-infrastructure proposals to receive funding from the Regional Active Transportation Program (ATP). Go Human events help residents re-envision their neighborhoods and provide a unique opportunity for city staff to get feedback from residents, build community support, and demonstrate need and buy-in for future grant applications. As an example, see how residents responded to a pop-up demonstration project in Riverside, CA. Apply by August 31, 2017; guidelines, project examples and application forms are available on the SCAG website.
